The nostril piercing (also known as the nostril piercing) is one of the most traditional piercings of all and is very popular with both men and women. It belongs to the family of cartilage piercings.
Nostril piercings originally come from the Indian culture. There, the nostril piercing is also said to have various mystical properties.
In the 1970s, nostril piercings also became popular in the western world and today it is almost impossible to imagine everyday life without them.

Piercing type | Nose piercing |

Healing time | approx. 3 - 6 months |
Please note | For a nose piercing, we definitely recommend using a nostril (plug) as the initial jewelry, as your piercing will heal faster compared to a ring as the initial jewelry. Care should be taken when putting on and taking off tops and when drying the face or hair, as terrycloth can easily get caught on the piercing. As with all facial piercings, care should be taken to ensure that no cosmetic products can get into the stitch channel. In den ersten Nächten empfehlen wir, ein Pflaster über das Piercing zu kleben, um zu verhindern, dass es versehentlich entfernt wird. A piercing needle (hollow needle) should generally take precedence over an ear piercing gun, as the cartilage tissue would be literally shattered by using one. Healing can be negatively affected by this procedure and pierced ear holes often become inflamed again and again. |
