Like the Medusa piercing, the Jestrum piercing is pierced in the middle above the upper lip (philtrum), but with a steeper piercing angle.
In somewhat simplified terms, the jestrum piercing can be described as a reverse Eskimo piercing, which is located on the lower lip.
