The Apadravya piercing belongs to the family of male intimate piercings. It is applied vertically (i.e. vertically) through the glans. Sometimes also through the glans furrow and is one of the most traditional, well-known intimate piercings of all.
It originates from the Indian cultural area and was already mentioned in the Kamasutra and is considered to be particularly pleasure-enhancing (especially for the Female).
The Apadravya piercing can be used in 2 different ways.
If the piercing is placed directly through the urethra, this has two advantages over placing it above the urethra. On the one hand, there are only 2 short puncture channels, which heal faster than a long one, and on the other hand, the urine that flows through the urethra favors healing.
Please note that intimate piercings at 2nd Skin are exclusively for the same sex. An intimate piercing is always associated with an appointment and is not performed spontaneously.

Healing time | approx. 3 - 4 months |
Please note | The Apadravya piercing must always be performed by a very experienced piercing artist. A long barbell is always used as the first insert, as this can lead to swelling of the glans. In rare cases, bleeding may still occur in the first few days as the corpus cavernosum is very heavily supplied with blood. During the healing phase, the foreskin (if present) should be retracted as much as possible. As with any intimate piercing, we recommend abstaining from sexual intercourse for 2 weeks. If this should nevertheless occur, only practice protected intercourse and stop immediately if you experience any pain. The length of the canal is always measured by the customer in advance at home. The limb must be in an erect state for this. |
Jewelry change | The first insert jewelry can be changed after approx. 4 weeks. |
