Tattoo removal FAQ

What needs to be considered after a laser treatment?

Immediately after laser treatment, the residual heat should be removed from the skin as quickly as possible (cold air cooling, ice packs). The skin area should then be coated with an antiseptic wound ointment several times a day and the skin area should be protected against infection with gauze. A scab or crust may form and last for up to two weeks. This crust must not be scraped off. The treated area must be protected from sunlight until the next laser treatment.
