Piercing FAQ
Should I pierce or shoot my ear hole?
If you want to have your ears pierced, there's one question you can't avoid. Should the coveted ear piercings be done with a needle or a gun?
There are indeed considerable differences between shooting and piercing. Basically, the earshot gun should only be used for earlobes (lobe). This is because with an ear shot, the tissue is literally displaced (tissue displacement), whereas with a laser-ground hollow needle, the tissue is pierced in a far gentler way.
Piercing variant (needle)
Piercing the ear hole with a needle has several advantages:
- It is gentler on the tissue.
- The piercing needle can be pierced more precisely than with an ear piercing gun.
- You can have beautiful jewelry inserted immediately after piercing.
- Your new body jewelry will heal more easily.
Variant ear shot (pistol)
Although this is faster, the tissue is badly affected. For example, the cartilage tissue is shattered in the event of a bullet hole, which can make healing very difficult.
In conclusion, we can say that piercing with a needle is definitely the better option and has several advantages over ear piercing with a gun.
