Piercing FAQ

If the jewelry of your freshly pierced piercing has fallen out, please contact one of our studios so that we can help you put the jewelry back in.

The following applies to piercings that have already healed: Try to insert the piercing jewelry carefully. If this is unsuccessful, avoid violent attempts so as not to injure the stitch channel. Instead, quickly visit our team so that we can help you further.

Note: The balls of the piercings can occasionally come loose, so it is advisable to check your piercing from time to time to make sure it is firmly screwed in.
