Tattoo FAQ

How is your tattoo price calculated or how much does a tattoo cost?

The price of a tattoo is made up of 3 different factors:

Size of the tattoo

The larger the tattoo, the more time-consuming it is to create and the more colors and materials are required.

Position of the tattoo

There are certain parts of the body that are more demanding to treat (skin texture etc.) and require more time and attention than others.

Level of detail

The more detail your tattoo idea contains, the more challenging it will be to implement.

We distinguish between the following levels of detail:

  • Classic - Only the outer contours/lines (outlines) of the tattoo. Often used for lettering or small tattoos.
  • Supreme - Shading and more complex shading gradients are added to the lines.
  • High-end - In addition to lines and shading, more nuanced details are added. This high-end level of detail is often only used for larger tattoos, as a correspondingly larger area is required for this work process.

Color

A black or shaded tattoo usually costs less than a colored one, because each additional color involves an additional work step and additional disposable materials.
