Can I shower normally with my new piercing?

Yes, you can and should take a shower. However, it is important to make sure that you do not clean the piercing directly with soap or shampoo while showering. For body piercings, you should use a pH-neutral shower gel and make sure that nothing but water comes into contact with it.

Please avoid body scrubs and shower gels with grains at least in the first few weeks after piercing and use your piercing care product immediately after showering.
