Are tattoos addictive?
It seems that way, considering how many tattoo enthusiasts, after getting what they thought would be their "first and only tattoo," repeatedly feel the desire to get new ones.
Of course, tattooing is not a drug in the conventional sense that affects the psyche. However, it could be due to the fact that people with tattoos have a more intense relationship with their body and its appearance. Tattoos allow them to shape their body according to their own ideas and wishes.
