Louis Konstantinou

My name is Louis Konstantinou and I come from Greece.

Since my childhood I have drawn everything that can be drawn - from walls to skin with markers, pencils and pens.

Later I became a member of the most famous and oldest graffiti crew in Greece and took part in the biggest festivals in Greece and Europe. But the human canvas also caught my attention when I trained as a tattoo artist in 2009.

Painting, designing digital graphics and creating murals was routine for me, but as an eternal learner, I graduated from the University of Glamorgan in the UK with a Bachelor's degree in Graphics and a Master's degree in Optical Arts.

I also worked as a professional photographer and managed to build a unique & creative portfolio that stood out among the best fine art photographers not only in Greece. My work has been published in online and print magazines and I have photographed famous artists and world-class athletes.

This journey into different art forms led me to a point where I knew it was time to pool all this knowledge and delve deeper into the art of tattooing. In 2015, I started working professionally and full-time at 2nd Skin in Altstetten - since then until 2020, when I opened my own private studio. Although this was very successful, I still prefer a livelier environment, so I'm back!

I have numerous five-star reviews due to my professionalism, my unwavering interest in meeting my clients' needs, and my way of making their sessions memorable and enjoyable! I am always honest and explain my opinion thoroughly to always get the best result.

Making people happy is one of the main goals of my life.

I have developed my own sketchy style (Sketchy / Sketchwork) which - depending on the concept and preference - can be combined with realism, graphics and watercolor techniques and covers a broad spectrum of artistic expression.

In addition to new tattoos, I also specialize in touching up and/or covering up older tattoos with great success by using fewer black areas and a smaller size than most cover ups found on the street. My goal is to camouflage, not just cover up.

My work process and equipment are as environmentally friendly as possible and also free from cruelty to animals.
